Drifting started to take off and some tracks were open for people to practice. This track was called “Field of Dreams”. The other was South Sound or Olympic speedway.
Angry Earl (as he is known online) was my friend that got me into these events. I was able to snap some cool shots.
This was done with my film SLR camera with no lens… so you won’t get any up close action shots unfortunately. But if I can say anything, this was historic in a sense that these small practice runs helped many others build their skills and also opened up these smaller tracks to make money on these events.
