Part of Wandering Leopard is understanding local culture and sub culture. Los Angeles is home to both West coast hip hop and many infamous gangs with many from various gangs being rappers.
Also part of Wandering Leopard is visiting places of interest. I was hoping to buy some clothing, but the store was temporarily closed.
Nipsey Hussle is one of those people. But there are people who actually want to do better for their community and people, and Nip did that. There are others for sure, Jay Rock, OYG Redrum to name a couple, but since Nip made it in the industry, he was able to make a big impact when it comes to buying property and hiring people.
Visiting his store, is also visiting where he was killed… so it was a huge deal.
