The M30’s trunk switch often times is broken or missing. One of the guys on the f31club forums said the Altima/Maxima switch works.
While my personal M30s have been intact (blue M30 and coupe), if I ran across one, I would grab it, but didn’t make it a priority.
Lately, taking apart Project Leopard made me realize that I need a bunch of bolts for the car. I didn’t stop there.
I’ve been grabbing a lot of Nissan nuts, bolts, fasteners (for the trim) and even dash lights and pig tails for various electronics (such as gauge cluster). I really wanted to have a bunch of misc stuff for the M30s. Also start a bolt bucket.
I’ve also made effort to get switches when I come across any Nissan.
