Day 4 – Minamata
In 2019 when I met up with Dustin, I also met Bradley. He was studying Japanese abroad. During the pandemic, we kept in contact. When I was planning to go to Kyushu, he said he would love to meet up and show me around Minamata.
While it was dark and raining, we had dinner at a local place and it was first time eating Horse Sashimi.
I learned a lot from Bradley and his wife Kailan. Thank you guys for your time and showing me around Minamata!
