It has been a year since my dad’s tragic accident. Traditionally, we gather for a 1 year anniversary. I broke my heart again to think about him. The vert was going to be somewhat of our project.
To change out the door and drive it around.
After the formalities and prayers. I decided to go into the garage and change out the door that night. I wasn’t expecting to get too far… but low and behold, I completed it. The reason why I didn’t think I would get that far was because the extent of the impacted area. I wasn’t sure how I’d tackle it besides trying my best to push it out.
I was able to straighten it enough that the replacement door was good enough to mount. Amazing.
I did have my uncle (my dad’s brother) and my cousin (Harry) help me here and there.
