I am using F31club to keep some of these issues documented. I have been in contact with the daughter of folks. The owner of the Z is in his 80s. Again, no shame in Greg Sheen aka Sakura Garage’s scam and fraud to rip off older people.
These people are not on social media. But I will be working heavily with many people so we can get rid of the piece of crap.
