February 2020
It seems when I go to the SR20 Store, there are certain missions I need to do. This was focused on the interior.
Project Leopard had brown interior. Door cards were haggard, vents broken and and missing pieces.
I hit up a convertible that was in Oakland and it had brown interior. It also had a good hood, bumpers and of course I needed the interior pieces.

When I arrived to SR20 Store, Roger V. and Rob P. stopped by. We talked and I started to work on getting the interior. I've never truly stripped an interior,
so I was taking my time because I wanted to remember where things went. Roger V. beast moded the process. He knew what to do while I kept "contemplating" what to do. .
Finally with everything was taken out, I started to load my van. I would leave the carpet and dash for Sunday morning to load up.
The next day, I grabbed those final pieces and paid Marco to settle up.
I started to load the dash and my wife asked me what I plan to do. I told her I was planning on having the interior redone in the bay area.
She convinced me to keep the dash and carpet and ask Marco if he could find someone in the area to do the dash and bottom half of the back seat. Marco said he will look for someone.

*NOTE: My plan was to redo the whole interior in the bay area. I had the back seat top portion (which Project Leopard was missing) and when I looked at the door cards...
they were something I didn't want to do. Then I remember my friend Chris said R31 door cards that he made work on his M30. I was inspired by that. Not only that, but the
door cards were black. I thought about redoing the whole interior black or dark grey. I would also have to think about addressing the brown carpet.
I found someone to do interior and I figured that by the time I get back down there (possibly in a month, March 2020), the dash could be done.
His name is Marcos and he stopped by and took pictures of the dash. I made an error and brought the glove box with me, in which he would need to do to match.
Also I had top half of the back seat here, but I didn't ask him about it.
Then I saw another M30 was in Oakland. A silver coupe. I had a strong suspicion that it had grey interior. I stopped by and grabbed all that I could. All the panels, seat belts and
trim.
Then the unthinkable happened. COVID19. California was then put into Emergency shutdown and everyone was put Shelter In Place.
I was talking to my friend and told him I didn't get a chance to get the carpet and head liner from the M30. A couple days later, he drops the stuff off at my place.
Dirty and needed to be cleaned. He said the junkyards were open... so he kept going.
Grey interior
During the first week of lockdown, a detail shop that worked on my Sienna was still open. I dropped off the headliner, carpet and visors off to be cleaned.
While he did a good job getting most of it out, I wasn't satisfied with the result. I felt I could do a bit more.

When the Shelter In Place happened, just like everyone else, my plans go thrown into a wack.
The plan was get back to LA, get the dashboard, glove box and rear seats to get worked on. Then prep the car to get transported to Arizona for Sakura Garage to paint it.
It didn't happen. My parts from Japan (zenk hood cut arrived in Pomona and it sat for about a month (April) to get picked up and kept at a friend's house.
All I could do was wait until things loosened up abit.
