11/2019 - Quick Progression

While Jon and I were trying to figure out a date to get the car, I was originally going to bring it up to the bay area. I didn't have a plan on what to do with Project Leopard (house purchase was cancelled). My plan was to use a storage yard and slowly build the engine. Even when I got everything I needed, I would still have to install, check wiring and tune. Being I've never messed with an RB engine like this, I was definitely worried.

Roger V. hit me up and said he knows the SR20 Store owner's son and he would contact him. I honestly didn't know what that would mean. I didn't think he wanted to deal with the car. I just wanted the wiring checked.

Roberto (Marco's son) and I talked on social media (Instagram and Youtube) and he said he would contact his father about Project Leopard.

EVERYTHING CHANGED!!!!

Roberto told me to contact his father and they were willing to work on the car again. I was NERVOUS because I would be talking to Marco and I didn't know how he would want to do the rebuild.
Marco and I had a great conversation and I felt confident about the build. He said let's take it step by step and we didn't have to rush. Marco said to bring it down to the SR20 Store.

Now it was about coordinating and logistics. Jon said he would town the car down to Gardena, I would fly down and a few other F31 owners would stop by.
