12/2019 - Project Leopard Recovery
After coordinating with Marco and Jon, we set it at December 22nd, Sunday. Marco said the SR20 store would be open at 9am. Jon said he will tow the car down for gas money. I would eventually fly down instead of drive there. I would let Edrik, Roger V, Ozzy, Dominic, Randy and my cousin know I would be there for a few hours. Once I got to LAX, I text everyone I landed and will be there after I get my rental.
when I arrived Jon and Steven were setting up to unload the car. Edrik was there as well as Marco. Roger V and Ozzy later showed up.
This was an interesting setting. It had a lot of "coming full circle" and mirco connections. Jon owning the M30 twice. Myself owning the car brings it back to F31club, Project Leopard coming back to SR20 Store, Marco going to rebuild it again. Even within the small group, Roger V and Edrik were OG F31club members, but never met in person... It was pretty cool. It felt more like a social event.
It was good to see everyone connecting and I am happy to get many of my friends in one space!!!
It was a very important day! It also set in motion an idea having a place to meet and another resource.
