Sand Ladder at Baker Beach
Baker beach is between the Seacliff neighborhood and Golden Gate Vista point.
One of the features of Baker Beach is Sand Ladder. There are also various trails along this area as well.
Lyon Street Steps 2013
Lyon street steps are at the edge of the Presidio and Pacific Heights, an upper class neighborhood. Once you get 1/4 of the way, you will notice all the big houses.
There are some spectacular views from the middle and top of Lyon Street Steps.
Filbert Steps 2013
We’ve traversed these steps quite a few times. You start at the bottom, go through what feels like people’s backyards and side streets and then you come upon
Parallel to the Filbert Steps is the Greewich steps, which people use as the opposite of Filbert steps (go up one and down the other).
Levi’s Plaza 2013
Levi’s Plaza is, as the name implies, where Levi’s jeans are headquartered. There is somewhat of a small museum and out front in the Plaza is a nice water fountain/structure. It is almost a hidden gem.
This is also the base of the Filbert Steps, which goes to Coit Tower.
